CURRENT DELIVERY TIMES

We are currently shipping orders as normal however you may experience some delays in receiving your items due to general delays across national and international postal and courier services.

We currently ship from the UK to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK, UAE, USA

If you are based in country not listed here, feel free to email us on hello@undercoverliving.com and we'd be happy to provide a custom shipping quote.

Please note: You may be charged VAT & duties if you order from the EU as we are a UK based company.

Also note: Bed sizes vary from country to country so please check sizes before ordering.

Shipping fees will be calculated on checkout. 

 

VAT / DUTIES

We ship from the UK. Please note that deliveries outside the UK are shipped on a DDU basis (Delivered Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be charged duties and taxes when your order arrives. 

Unfortunately, EU customers may also be charged VAT and Customs now that the UK has left the EU.
